My name is Kenny Chen and I was born and raised in Taiwan, I immigrated to Canada in 1993 and am fluent in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Cantonese. My diverse cultural background and multilingual abilities allow me to effectively serve clients from a wide range of communities.
Prior to entering real estate, I was the owner and operator of Pool Paradise Inc., a successful billiard hall located in Waterloo, Ontario, from 2002 to 2007. During that time, I earned my Billiards Congress of America (BCA) Certified Instructor designation, allowing me to teach billiards professionally. I organized numerous tournaments, served as an Ontario tour promoter, and became an authorized dealer for several high-end cue manufacturers, selling products to customers worldwide.
In 2006, Research In Motion (now BlackBerry) acquired the plaza where my business was located. When my lease expired in 2007 and was not renewed, I decided to pursue a new chapter in my career. I spent a year in Taipei, Taiwan, working as Manager of the Development Department for Shin De Development & Construction, where I gained valuable experience in property development and project management.
After returning to Canada in the summer of 2008, I began my career in real estate and joined RE/MAX Twin City Realty Inc. in 2009. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals through honest advice, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional customer service
